Child Safety Standards (CSAE Policy)

Neon은 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 아동을 성적으로 대상화하거나 위험에 빠뜨리는 모든 콘텐츠·행위·계정은 즉시 삭제 및 영구 정지되며, 관련 법령에 따라 관계 당국에 신고합니다.

Neon has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behavior, or account that sexualizes or endangers minors is removed and permanently banned, and reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

1. 금지되는 행위 (Prohibited)

아동 성적 학대 자료(CSAM)의 제작·소지·공유·요청
미성년자에 대한 그루밍, 성적 접근, 유인 또는 착취
미성년자를 성적으로 묘사·암시하는 텍스트·이미지·음성
만 14세 미만 이용자의 서비스 이용(만 14세 이상만 가입 가능)
Creation, possession, sharing, or solicitation of CSAM; grooming, sexual solicitation, or exploitation of minors; sexualized depiction of minors; use of the service by anyone under 14.

2. 신고 방법 (How to report)

이용자는 앱 내 어디서나 부적절한 콘텐츠·이용자를 신고하고 차단할 수 있습니다.

통화·채팅·프로필·게시물 화면의 신고 기능에서 "아동 성착취·미성년자 위험" 사유 선택
상대를 차단하면 상호 노출·연결이 즉시 중단
이메일 신고: deviscorp13@gmail.com (제목에 "CSAE" 기재)

Report objectionable content/users from any Report button in call, chat, profile, or post screens (select the "Child exploitation / underage" reason), or block the user. You may also email deviscorp13@gmail.com with "CSAE" in the subject.

3. 조치 및 신고 (Response)

접수된 CSAE 신고는 최우선으로 검토하며, 위반 확인 시 접수 후 24시간 이내에 콘텐츠 삭제·계정 영구 정지 조치를 취합니다. 아동 성적 학대 자료가 확인되면 대한민국 관련 법령 및 국제 기준에 따라 관계 기관(예: 방송통신심의위원회, NCMEC 등)에 신고합니다.

CSAE reports are handled with top priority. Confirmed violations result in removal and permanent ban within 24 hours, and are reported to the appropriate authorities (e.g., KOCSC, NCMEC) in accordance with applicable law.
