How do I report or block someone on NEON?
End an uncomfortable conversation, then choose Report or Block from the person’s profile or the conversation menu. You do not have to keep talking to someone who makes you uncomfortable.
Leave the conversation first
Use End call or leave the chat if the other person behaves inappropriately or makes unwanted demands. You do not have to persuade them or give a long explanation.
Describe the behavior when reporting
Open the report option in a profile, call or chat menu. Select the relevant reason and describe what happened so the team can review it. A report does not promise an immediate or specific enforcement outcome.
Use blocking to manage future interactions
Blocking limits interactions under the app’s blocking rules. Blocking and saved message history are separate, so check the conversation for information you need to retain.
Protect personal and financial information
Do not share passwords, verification codes, a precise home address or payment details. If someone requests money or asks you to follow a suspicious link, stop the conversation and use the report and block options.
